Before she left for TFA in Oklahoma, my roommate Brittany tacked a list of top 10 trails to my door. Challenge accepted.

So, just two weeks out from my week long AT adventure, my legs were getting antsy this morning. With farmers market strawberries in the passengers seat and the sunroof back, I drove down a highway, turned into a smaller state road winding through farmland, stayed on a dirt road for a few miles, and parked next to the AT. 45 minutes of ambling later, I arrived at this gorgeous view. What a perfect way to spend National Outdoors day.
